                                                  Investment Period

 

All investment will be a minimum of three months
This time frame it take to secure the necessary artist and venue
6 weeks minimum to promote the event as detailed below. Long term investors will be paid their balance of the profit 7 days after any concert night. The principal will be reinvested for the next investment period.

 

 

                                                 Promotional Strategy

 

When high caliber performers come into town their presence does little to benefit the local community Outside of the normal promotional procedures that are done to create a successful event.  The caliber of the artist that we have access to allow us to think outside the box to increase the the success rate of every concert.  Partnering with the communities in which we plan to do business will give a chance to inspire excitement. increase awareness and the profit margin. We will partner with the Chamber of commerce in each city we send performers. We will give their members an opportunity to sponsor the concerts in their city.  We will give local businesses an opportunity they have not been offered previously. Partnering with the local media to give them an opportunity to help both increase awareness and bolster the profit margin.  Allowing the local cable or satellite provider to sell pay per view after the show is sold out will increase revenue for our investors, the TV station and the artists. Depending of the artist's contract the possibility of a local station replay allow us all to profit off commercial sales during replay hours. Allowing local radio to sponsor gives us access to their audience.  We can use local radio to give one lucky person a chance to open up for the concert. Give them 5 minutes on stage. They will have to earn their way on stage. We will do a radio sponsored talent show two weeks before the show. to give us another pay date connected to the concert. It also will provide a unique way to infuse excitement in the community and provide an unique promotional opportunity.

 

 

                                                     Investment Security

 

Investors will have two option on how to handle their investment.
They can either directly cut checks to the necessary entities to ensure a successful event ( ex Artists, venue, advertisers etc.)
or They can put the investment money in an expense account overseen by a law firm of their choice. All money spent will be documented and itemized at the end of the investment period.
